Local astronomer and photographer Phil Hart is one of Australia’s most seasoned eclipse chasers – a particular band of individuals afflicted with the desire to chase highly predictable astronomical events around the country and the globe, despite the sometimes devastating uncertainty of weather and complex equipment on the outcome.
