Ballarat had a long-held tradition of being old, cold and gold.

In recent times however, the gold-rush city has proven popular with those seeking a ‘tree-change’, and has had the chance to shine again.

In her exclusively created exhibition ‘Beyond the Glitter’, multi-award-winning photographer Heidi Victoria pays homage to the small details that make this regional centre so appealing.

From the world-class tourist attractions to the unblemished flora and fauna, this exhibition offers often intimate, modern and beautiful interpretations of life in Ballarat and surrounds.

The exhibition will be held in the external Sovereign Hill gift shop, next to the carpark. No entry ticket is required.

Biography
Heidi is a photographer, traveller and lover of life. She has been photographing theatre, interesting people and places for many decades. Heidi finds particular beauty in all aspects of Australian life, and is dedicated to documenting it in her own special way.
