At the intersection of war and peace, a noble doctor and courageous survivors emerge as heroes and thought leaders for civil and human rights. A documentary of the harrowing experience of wartime  survivors and an extraordinary holistic healing sanctuary called Panzi Hospital. The film was shot on Canon Mark II and iPhone 5. Still images shot on Hasselblad 555ELD and Leica M6. A debut film by Platon, created in partnership with The People’s Portfolio.
