The Golden Hours: Shades of Gold Degustation Dinner

Prepare for a gold inspired 6 or 8-course degustation dinner from renowned chef Jigs Liwanag at Hotel Canberra, a fully restored heritage hotel in North Ballarat.

This Golden Hours dinner is available Friday 25 August, Saturday 26 August and Thursday 31 August, Friday 1 September and Saturday 2 September.
