The Series project features a variety of individual themes captured by members of the Camberwell Camera Club. This exhibition is a distillation of a larger project captured over 12 months in 2022 where 31 members produced a series of images that tell a story in a more powerful way than can be achieved with a single photograph. A unique aspect of this project was the pairing of each photographer with a professional mentor for the project duration.

The original larger project was exhibited in the Hawthorn Town Hall Gallery and is showcased in the 2023 June edition of the magazines Better Photography and issue 422 of Australian Camera.

Group Biography
The Camberwell Camera Club is an enthusiastic and progressive photography club of 155 members who meet weekly in person and/or on zoom to advance their photography. The Club aims to inspire, motivate and educate members in a fun environment. The work displayed is the work of some of the individual members.
