Official Festival Launch: The Real Thing

A family-friendly celebration for the opening of The Real Thing, BIFB’s tenth festival. Immerse yourself in the world of Telly Tuita in The Mining Exchange where you can take a selfie, listen to live music or have a drink at the Kilderkin Gin Bar.

Smoking ceremony and Welcome to Country by Wadawurrung artist Tammy Gilson. Opening remarks by Mayor of Ballarat City, Des Hudson OAM to officially launch this year’s festival.
