The sun descends below the horizon and a delicate balance between light and darkness ensues, painting the sky with a palette of deep blues. The interplay infuses scenes with a sense of mystery, tension and enchantment. It’s my landscape, a stage for dramatic scenes and fleeting moments – the blue hour.

I’m a photographer based in Ballarat, Australia. I aim to find the art in documenting the world around me, with a focus on the fascinating people within. My career as a specialist anaesthetist and as a curious winemaker informs my captivation with the life of the people and places around us.
