Echoes of Fear: The Mind’s Dark Place

Jo Armstrong

Step beyond the veil of the ordinary and into the unsettling realm of horror, a photographic exhibition that explores the visceral and haunting power of fear through the art of photography.

This curated collection captures the surreal and unsettling – where decaying places, distorted reflections and ghostly figures blur the lines between the real and the imagined.

Each photograph invites the viewer to confront their primal fears; their own unease, to explore their hidden curiosity and appreciate horror as an art form that provokes, disturbs and lingers long after you’ve looked away.

Drawing inspiration from folklore, urban legend, and psychological horror, this exhibition is a chilling journey through the dark corners of the human psyche – captured in still moments through the timeless power of the photographic image.
