To be eligible, entrants must:
- Follow both BIFB Instagram and Facebook accounts – @ballaratfoto
- Post and tag a photograph taken during the 2023 Ballarat International Foto Biennale festival (26 August to 22 October 2023) to their own Instagram and/or Facebook profile
- Capture the essence and spirit of the festival.
