I confirm that:
– I am the entrant’s parent or legal guardian.
– I consent to my child entering the Ballarat Youth Photography Prize.
– I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions on the young person’s behalf.
– I consent to their photograph or photographs, displayed name, age group, artwork information and town being included in the exhibition and associated communications.

– I meet the Prize eligibility requirements.
– The photograph(s) I have submitted is my own original work.
– I have not used generative AI to produce my photograph(s).
– I have received the necessary permission from identifiable people shown in my photographs, or from a parent or legal guardian if the person(s) shown is under 18.
– My photographs do not infringe another person’s copyright, privacy or other rights.
– I have read and agree to the Ballarat Youth Photography Prize Terms and Conditions.
– I give the Ballarat International Foto Biennale permission to print, exhibit and publish my photographs as described in the Terms and Conditions.
– I understand that I continue to own copyright in my photographs.
