  • The Ballarat International Foto Biennale has been delivering photographic excellence since 2005. With the pandemic this year we have commenced a series of on-line education projects that can now be accessed for FREE across Australia. We would love to contact your specialist art teachers directly to invite them to participate in this free Education Program.
