GroupFoto: Ballarat Foto Youth Council 2026–2027 Expression of Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in joining GroupFoto, Ballarat Foto’s new youth council.

GroupFoto is an opportunity for young people aged 14–18 to share ideas, work with artists and festival staff, and help shape youth programs for the 2027 Ballarat International Foto Biennale. If you are under 18 years of age, you will need your caregiver’s consent to participate.

GroupFoto members will meet five times per year across 2026 and 2027.

Participants will receive $250 each year as a thank you for their time and ideas.

This form should take 5–10 minutes to complete. If you would prefer, you can upload a video (no longer than 5 minutes) introducing yourself and responding to the questions.

You don’t need experience with photography to apply. We are interested in hearing your ideas.
