2025 Survey Prize – Terms and Conditions (Updated October 2025)
1. The “2025 Survey Prize” is organised by the Ballarat International Foto Biennale, referred to as ‘the organiser’ throughout these terms and conditions.
2. All entrants must be 18 years or older as of the closing date of the “2025 Survey Prize”, which is 9 November 2025, 11:59 pm AEST.
3. Employees and relatives of the organisers of the competition and entities associated with the 2025 Ballarat International Foto Biennale are not eligible to enter.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. To be eligible, entrants must:
● submit their entry via the Ballarat International Foto Biennale 2025 Survey website
● Complete the survey and opt-in to enter the prize draw.
5. Multiple entries are not permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The organiser will select the winning entry at random.
8. The draw will take place at 10am on Friday 28 November, 2025 at 12:00pm AESDT at 12 Lydiard Street N, Ballarat Central Vic 3350.
9. The winner will be notified by phone and/or in writing on Friday 28 November 2025 and on the same day, winners will have their name published on the website for 28 days.
10. The Prize must be claimed by Sunday 11 January 2026, or a new winner will be drawn.
11.The organiser holds absolute discretion in determining the eligibility of an entry based on their interpretation of the Terms and Conditions of entry. The organiser’s decision will be final and not subject to discussion or appeal, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at 10.00am AESDT on Monday 12 January 2026 at 12 Lydiard Street N, Ballarat Central Vic 3350.
14. Winner will be notified by phone and/or in writing on Monday 12 January 2026, and on the same day will have their name published on the website for 28 days.
15. The prize must be claimed by Monday 2 February 2026 or the prize will be forfeited.
16. The winner will receive a one night stay and breakfast for two guests at RACV Goldfields Resort, 1300 Midland Hwy Creswick Vic 3363, valued at up to $500.00, subject to availability.
17. The prize will be provided as a voucher/gift card. RACV Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at RACV Goldfields Resort.
18. The gift card is not redeemable for cash.
19. The card must be redeemed before the expiry shown on the wallet.
20. In any event, gift cards expire 36 months from the date of issue.
21. The card cannot be reloaded or increased after issue and can be used on more than one occasion. If purchase exceeds available card balance, the cardholder must make up the difference by making an additional payment. Cash will not be given for any unused balance and any unused balance on expiry of the card will not be refunded or credited.
22. Travel: Prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, items of a personal nature, meals, government taxes or levies, laundry, telephone calls, tips, any transfers or costs associated with traveling to and from your place of residence, additional nights or room upgrades.
23. Prize is subject to booking availability. Prize is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Supplier of the Prize. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check-in.
24. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
25. The organiser reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
