Pitch a workshop or event for the 2025 Ballarat International Foto Biennale

Ballarat Foto invites pitches for its 2025 public program from artists, photographers and educators to help us have the best offerings for our community during this year’s festival. If you have an idea for an event—such as a panel discussion—or workshop, we’d love to hear from you.

The 11th Ballarat International Foto Biennale will run between 23 August–19 October 2025.

Successful pitches will be paid opportunities corresponding to the NAVA payment standard for small organisations and receive support from the Ballarat Foto team to develop and deliver their event/workshop. Please note workshops will be subject to minimum enrolments in order to run. If your EOI is not selected for the next Biennale, it will be kept on file for future opportunities and stored in line with our Privacy Policy.

To submit your pitch, please fill in this short EOI form by 11:59 pm on Sunday 2 March. Ballarat Foto is also open to alternative application formats to improve accessibility.
