AGDA’s core purpose is the constant development and championing of the professional standing and creative excellence of the Australian design industry.

About San San Truong, AGDA VIC Co Chair
San San is a design director who seeks to serve, collaborate and lead influential businesses and organisations, with a goal to add value to society by realising the full potential of creativity, art, technology, empathy and design thinking. Her active involvement as Co-Chair of AGDA VIC Council takes her on a fascinating journey into the possible trends and opportunities of design. Her early love of photography grew from experimenting with her father’s old Cannon film SLR, believing in its magic to capture a moment in time, to tell a story and portray varying perspectives. To her, an image can create or change the conversation, depending on how someone portrays something, in context of who sees it. She has since used this understanding as a benefit to her art direction and design work. She is intrigued to meet Erik Kessels and learn the motive behind his artwork, 24HRS in Photos.
